Taylor Hughes is our Director of Client Operations. Taylor is a powerhouse of organization and uses her bubbly, enthusiastic positive attitude, and tireless energy to support our clients and partners. Her focus is making the best client experience for all! Taylor is a rapid learner and thrives on challenges. Taylor graduated from James Madison University and has 9 years of experience working as an educator focusing on special education. Prior to joining our team, Taylor spent 3 years as an account manager and recruiter for one of the largest New York based recruiting agencies in the United States. Her experience of building strong relationships with her students, clients and candidates coupled with her focus on teamwork, loyalty and attitude led to her being a top performer. Taylor sums up her “why” as always wanting to help others by connecting with them and striving to make their lives better.
Born and raised in Charlottesville, Virginia, Taylor, and her husband Ryan live in the Crozet area with their three active daughters. One would wonder how she has any free time but when she does, she enjoys running, early morning intense workouts, and is a passionate cook and animal rights activist. Taylor holds her Life Health and Annuities license and has a professional goal of pursuing her investment licensing in the coming years.
